Regulation and Compliance

PZL meet all regulatory requirements necessary for the safe harvest of Bivalve Molluscan Shellfish (BMS).

These requirements have been determined by Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and New Zealand Food Safety (NZFS). NZFS have in place both the Animal Products Act (APA) and Regulated Control Scheme for BMS.
